Tribal Graduation
We invite students graduating from the MPTN Child Development Center; all elementary, middle and high schools; all college and university degree programs; and all certification courses to join us in-person for this beautiful event. Even if you cannot join us for the celebration, complete this form for any level of graduation so that we can recognize your hard work and accomplishments in our program and ensure you receive your book and educational technology gifts!
Academic Awards
Students graduating from high school, certificate programs and degree programs are eligible for cash awards. To receive your award, complete the following application by July 31 of any given school year.
Graduation Stoles and Cords
New for the Class of 2025, graduates of elementary and middle school are eligible to receive graduation cords and graduates of high school and higher education programs are eligible to receive stoles. Pre-School and Certificate graduates are not eligible for this program. To receive your cords or stoles, complete the following application once it goes live each year.

Academic Awards Registration
