Higher Education Scholarship Criteria
Students in higher education degree programs have access to funding for their education. Students seeking funding must meet the following program eligibility requirements:
- All general Scholarship requirements
- Must have earned a High School Diploma or GED, or actively be enrolled in pursuing either
- School must be accredited
- Must submit a copy of the Program of Study with course requirements
- Submission of proof of completion at the end of each term
- Must re-apply annually at the beginning of each Academic Year (August 1- July 31)
Higher Education Scholarship Awards
Students meeting the criteria above may request funding not to exceed the following in an Academic Year: $40,000 annually.
Please note that scholarship amounts are subject to change based on approved government funding each year.
The approved scholarship funds may be used for the expenses to the right.
- Tuition, tuition fees and other required fees
- Room & board
- Standard meal plan (for full-time students taking 12 or more credits only)
- Required books and course-related materials
- Study abroad and Internships tuition & required fees
- Computer (one in a lifetime)
- Parking fees
- Standardized testing fees (up to $500 per degree)
