Birth 2 Three

Birth to Three services provide early intervention support for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) who have developmental delays or disabilities. These services are designed to help young children reach important milestones through therapies, education, and family-centered support.

A special education advocate can assist families by explaining the evaluation process, helping interpret service plans, and ensuring that each child’s unique needs are recognized and met—right from the start.
